p.s. If you're feeling any frustrations in your business… flip it on its head. The percentage may be right but just focused on the wrong end. If all else fails, to get an additional perspective on the solution to a business problem or frustration..do a down dog, handstand or somersault 😉 Immediate perspective change!

Thanks, Michelle! I really needed this sweet kick in the buns. As I am beginning my business I have become very hungry for information and taking in a lot of "how to _____" articles, books, videos etc… The information overload has gotten me feeling a bit overwhelmed. Elise, I'm glad I could provide said "kick in the bum"…we all need it about different pieces of our business. When going into overwhelm, just make sure to turn it all off. Head to yoga and remember that you have all you need inside of you to create the brand you know yourself to be. Yes, you may need a mentor at certain phases and periods but all the other "know-how" you actually already have. I truly believe that. Make sure to reach out for support from your community and the right mentor that can help difuse that overwhelm. It will speed you to where you want to be in your business.
