Let us not forget, however, as we head into 2015 that the last few days of 2014 are also a beautiful time to receive. Have you been receiving and/or gifting to yourself the last few weeks?
Do you have time planned just for you? To sit, ponder, plan…to soulfully reflect, plan and/or write, write, write to get all the genius from in there out on paper?
I hope you are taking time out to explore yet another level deeper of YOU. For me, that means more writing, ah the language of the soul.
Writing helps me get to know myself better ~ my truth, my desires…it's the very creativity that fuels everything in my life. My everyday, my motherhood, my business relationships, you name it.
And seeing as getting to know ourselves better is one of the main reasons crazy creativity, joy and success finds us it's an important daily creative practice.
Writing to me is digging or more, scratching the itch to really live life –> LIFE!
Writing is uncovering the gems, the genius.
Writing is working it all out before you’re ready.
I wrote a lot during my holiday in the Caribbean and in Miami and wanted to share a couple pieces with you. The first is below and another I’ll share the other piece tomorrow.
I hope they each inspire you to create what you most want to be a part of. And to come from a place of YES to authentic you, to your truth and ultimate creativity.

Like kissing, curiosity is my medicine.
Like curiosity, running is my medicine.
Like running, adventure is my medicine.
Like adventure, music is my medicine.
Like music, dancing is my medicine.
Like dancing, transparency is my medicine.
Like transparency, passion is my medicine.
Like passion, love is my medicine.
Like love, the dare is my medicine.
Like the dare, the do is my medicine.
Like doing, creativity is my medicine.
Like creativity, the mountains are my medicine.
Like the mountains, the sea is my medicine.
Like the sea, diving deep within is my medicine.
Like diving deep within, the truth is my medicine.
Like the truth, I am my medicine.
The truth is I am my own best medicine.
