Announcing REIMAGINE! (Stagnation Be Gone)

It’s here!

As promised yesterday, below is the latest MGI experience that’s officially launched for such a time as this —

This was not in the works months ago, but is what’s necessary now — what I’ve heard again and again is that many of us are finally responding to a bit more energy or fire inside to getting our purpose projects and napping businesses going again (we’ve all needed some TLC and napping…).

This is what you’ve shared — and I‘ve also heard from those of you with businesses still pumping out a lot of work that you’d like to use this time to re-message, pivot or work on a new arm of the business or new idea!

This new creation is a takedown of the work I do everyday with private clients. In six weeks, you’ll leave with the soulful strategy for the foundation of the current or new business or new purpose project idea and brand.

Kindly take this as your official invite to join us. I’d love to have you with us inside this beautiful journey modeled after my ecopsychology apprenticeship 🙂

Realizing New Futures for your
Business/Purpose Project and Brand

Again, together, we will create the business and brand strategy for the work that matters most to you to get out there in this new now and for the foreseeable future. We will look at the next few months and prepare you with a new now strategy and a next strategy, as well as make sure that what we are setting you up for what you can commit to, so you can see the results of your work (said another way, so you can get out with this project or work in a way that makes you feel comfortable and sensitive to what’s happening in the world right now)…

The ideas you’ve held onto or that you were stagnant with before the Great Pause of 2020 want to come out and affect the world. You have transformation and purpose work to do with those waiting for you to get this (whatever this is) out there.

Let’s do the work we can’t NOT do and let’s do it inside a more fully-aligned foundation and brand (a full pivot or simple re-messaging, perhaps, we shall see..)

Again, would truly love to have you. Join us as we gather for six weeks inside the creation of this nest-like space and women’s council starting July 1st. Check out the page above or below for more of the daring details…

Let’s get the key things completed in both your business/purpose project and brand messaging with inside a support network that will feel so good to plug into emotionally week after week…

I will likely cap this at 12 ladies to keep the intimate feel of most my gatherings, so join us now if this resonates…

I can’t WAIT to support you every step of the way and help you feeling energized, peaceful and with direction and purpose.

Coming Tomorrow! (Keep Eyes Peeled)

Saturday was MGI’s LIVEN retreat — A Self-Shaping Retreat, Prepping Soil for What’s Next Creatively & Professionally…it was a beautiful day supporting women to soulfully understand what was the next right action for them inside not only the new now but their new now…

I wish you could have all been there and experienced the method of body, mind and spirit that we went through, landing us inside the north star or next (small, medium or large-sized) right action to take. So many of us have had parts of (or entire) businesses, high callings, purpose projects and brands on hold…not just during the Great Pause of 2020 (and understandably so), but, truthfully, we had put them on hold long before March.

The retreat opened the door to encouragement and to do it in a way that felt good — that felt expansive, generous and gentle, too.

Now, coming tomorrow, I will be sharing with you the NEXT experience you can take part in. It will especially speak to you if have been in this place of pause with your business, higher calling or purpose project and your brand/messaging/expression of any kind…

It is that time to get after the work we are meant to do in this world. No more stagnation. Our hearts, creative spirits and able bodies are calling for it (*have* been calling for it).

Can’t wait to share with you — watch this space tomorrow…

Sending you much love during this time…

It’s Time. Let’s Do This and Keep Doing This

In lieu of LIVEN this morning at 9:05am Pacific, I share a post from yesterday (see below this initial share).

I appreciate and welcome the learning, processing and honesty available to us at this time.

It’s time.

Few other things —

I highly recommend the book in this photo…

Josh Mandel has also shared some worthy organizations for us to check out this morning (click on his name to check that list out, received from our friends Latanya and John Hilton and their good work over at The Ambassadors Circle

(thank you, L & J!).

Also, Juneteenth is coming up — 6/19 is the oldest known U.S. celebration of the end of slavery (47 states recognize this date as a national holiday…just a year ago it was 46 states).

Let’s do this and keep doing this.

——————————
For a time when I was a young girl, I lived in a home that was racist (even towards those who looked like me, but were from a different country).

I heard things back then that I realized, as of late, that I’m still dismantling — this month and the last weeks have shown me that and have allowed me to get more honest with myself.

I welcome it. It is NOT uncomfortable. What it is ~> time. That we, too, are faced with our “uncomfortable” moments feels time and welcome to me.

Black people have had heavy lifting moments always (doing the work for us while we, brown and white, didn’t have to change a thing).

It is time for me to do heavier lifting and that comes in the form of listening more to others to get more educated, as well as having my own public and private conversations (no more just private) with others in my own communities or circles who may ultimately react vs respond because they’re not ready, have their own dismantling to do, don’t want to see or feel imposed on…

That’s ok.

Speaking about the humanity of black lives and the injustice far and wide they’ve endured, not just from the “system”, but from actual people, many like you and me, is necessary.

Talking only about the systematic part of this feels like taking responsibility off of us as individuals, and the responsibility IS on us.

I didn’t consciously know but I used to hide behind the supposed safety of, “but I accept everyone, I’m about human rights” (and then go out and do ‘human rights’ work)” but that it isn’t enough.

We must be direct and directed about it.

When a certain life is more in danger, we go there! We run there! We say, hey, this (direct description of the person or group here) person needs our help…in this case, it’s hey, you guys, black people need our help.

Easy and convenient isn’t doing the job. We must risk more than that…the job’s a big one because it’s a long-standing one.

I get to do better and want to be better.

Systematic is not just pointing to something that happens outside the home, it IS the home.

For those too afraid to speak your support publicly, do it at home, and grow so much from sharing and discussing and asking and reading etc. etc. there that one day soon you have the courage to support a conversation with someone outside the home, too.

Each of our direct support is needed.

Let’s lift the hood of our own beliefs and history. What is honest and true?
